We are so sorry to hear about the bullying you are experiencing.  You do not deserve that and cannot control your the sound of your voice.  Sometimes you may try every trick in the book to get the bullies to stop and they keep going.  But if you can even get the bullying to be reduced or stopped some of the time, that is totally worth it.  Don't go into this problem with the goal of stopping all the bullying that is happening to you, go in with the goal to make it 5% better.  Then after it gets 5% better, work on making it another 5% better.  It will put less pressure on you to figure this all out right now.

Sometimes the best medicine for bullying is to do your best, not to stop the bad times, but to focus on creating more GOOD times.  This can be done by getting involved in activities and clubs that are away from the bullies and will allow you to be places where you feel like you belong.  If you can spend some time everyday doing something that makes you feel good, the times that are bad will not seem so bad.  

Another thing that may help is to talk to other people or parents in your class.  In bullying there are the bullies, the targets, and then there are the people who are not the bully or the target, but see it happening.  These people are called bystanders.  If you can identify some people in your class who you like that may be able to be with you and stand with you when the bullying happens, it can make all the difference in the world.  They don't even have to stand up to the bully themselves, they can just distract you or the bullies away from the bullying situation or they may be able to help you avoid and get away from the bullies.  It simply feels good to have other people standing up for you.  Maybe you could brainstorm a couple of good people who may be able to help you out when this bullying happens and then sit down with them and the counselor together and talk about some strategies that you can all do TOGETHER instead of you all by yourself.  

Please continue to report what happens, even if it doesn't seem to make a difference.  It is important to keep adults in the loop.  Also try talking to different people like teachers, coaches and parents as well!
