Photon's energy is directly related to its frequency.  The actual formula is

E = hf where h is the Planck's constant whose value is 6.626 x 10 ^-34 js(Joules-second), and "f" is the frequency of the photon.
 
Since blue light has a higher frequency than the red light, blue light carries more energy than red one.
