Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that you spent hours searching for information about how to add your school to SchoolFinder on Education.com. For future reference, you can always use the Contact Us form to get in touch with our team quickly: http://www.education.com/contact/ (this link is included in the navigation options at the bottom of Education.com pages). We also offer a Help page: http://www.education.com/help/

To answer your question...
School contact information, test scores, and student and teacher statistics in SchoolFinder come from each state’s Department of Education and the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). The amount and type of school data may vary from state to state based on the data released by the state Departments of Education and collected by Education.com. If a school is missing from SchoolFinder, the school may not be reported by the state Department of Education or NCES. Please get in touch with our SchoolFinder team to have your school considered for addition to the directory: http://www.education.com/contact/ Alternatively, you can contact your state's Department of Education and/or the NCES to request or confirm that they include your school in the data they report to Education.com.

Thanks for asking! We look forward to hearing more about your school soon.
