The best way to look for programs is to check with the local school district's office.  Ask to speak to personnel who work in the Curriculum and Instruction department or unit.  A second resource would be to check with the Department of Languages in your local universities. A third choice is local community organizations such as the Chines Chamber of Commerce.  Another resource, if your city has a Mexican, Spanish, or Chinese Consulate office, check with them also.
