A previous email you sent indicated that I would receive my last Wonder Box in February; I have not.

The email said that I would be billed on February 11 and the box would be shipped on the 15th.  It appears that did not happen.

Additionally, I followed instructions to receive the Kiwi Box instead, and that my information would automatically be transferred.  It appears that did not happen either.

Could someone please give me some idea of what is going on?  thank you.
