A good principal will show equity across the board to children, staff, and parents. If you feel your principal is being unfair, talk with other parents to get their take on the situation. If you feel this is a continuing problem for this individual, consider talking with the superintendent about your evidence and possibly school board members.

Remember too, that principals are humans first. As humans, we aren't always perfect even when we try to do our best.
