Q:
I went to a private college and now they won't release my transcripts even though I owe nothing to the institution. Help please!
I went to this private college under a scholarship that paid in full my fees and tuitions. When I graduated I was given my diploma and I knew I didn't owe any money. Now they won't release my transcripts because a crazy excuse that has nothing to do with money or finances. Can a University legally do this? What are my options to fix this?
