julior asks:

I went to a private college and now they won't release my transcripts even though I owe nothing to the institution. Help please!

I went to this private college under a scholarship that paid in full my fees and tuitions. When I graduated I was given my diploma and I knew I didn't owe any money. Now they won't release my transcripts because a crazy excuse that has nothing to do with money or finances. Can a University legally do this? What are my options to fix this?

Hi there,
Can you be more specific about the "crazy excuse" that your school is giving you? It might make it easier to find a solution to your problem.
