I have had trouble this school year getting my son to and from school because transportation is not provided. And I was wondering if there was requirements that a student has to meet before they enter kindergarten.

As to your first point about transportation, I would see if there are carpools you can participate in with other parents? Or maybe a neighboring family walks to school and your son could walk with them?
And as for Kindergarten requirements, I believe there is only an age requirement. I would contact your local elementary school or school district office for complete information though.
