What the Expert Says:

By "the best" I'm assuming you mean, "the largest." I'm assuming you have tested this claim by evaporating a borax solution at various ambient temperatures? Was room temperature the highest of these? If so, it makes sense because the higher the temperature, the more of the solute (the dissolved substance) will stay in solution and there fore will "come out" with evaporation.
