I'm not sure of your question. Do you mean to ask if two identical balloons will be able to take the same amount of air before bursting? That would seem a reasonable expectation, but I doubt if you can be sure that any two balloons, even of the same size and from the same package, would be identical. Even slight differences in the balloons will cause one to fail before the other. It would be difficult to design a fair experiment on this if one could not be sure that the balloons were identical.
