My high school phased out, I was in the last graduating classes. Now i don't know where to to get my high school transcript. i tried using a website online and it said that the "school is not live' and to try again later.

Did the board of education district that the school was under close too? It is unlikely the whole district is gone. The district board of ed. will have the transscripts for the school that closed.
