Hello.

All public schools in the United States must be able to address the needs of a child who have been identified by a team of professionals as having special education needs.  These laws are defined by Federal and State guidelines.  However, not all schools need to offer the exact same services.

Please check with your local school board office for more detailed information.  Or the school district which you refer to in your question.
