You may request a meeting to discuss your son's progress and returning to a full schedule. It seems excessive for the school to have your son attend school 2-3 days a week. This process seems to be punitive and excludes him from his right to equity and access.

You may even consider contacting a local advocate to be with you in the meeting. You may also call the Special Education office to ask for assistance at the district or state level.
