Which school in Wichita,Kansas would offer the best education and services to my mentally retarded son?
We are moving from Texas to Kansas and my son is mentally retarded and I want him to receive the best education and services. I wondered if that would be a public school or is there a special needs school in Wichita? He is considered medically fragile and special needs.
