Hi,
My son is a visual learner, he can remember things that nobody can. He writes Chinese because he see it, he can draw picture like come out of copy machine. He can spell very well too, never need to pratice his spelling.
He did an assessment with high score on visual test but low in verbal test.
He is very easy being distract and struggling with comprehension. He is not doing well in school and is a below average student. His teacher trying hard to help him in class, she thinks he is able to do very good but he is not showing.
After years of many different specialist with tests, I don't know what to do any more. He is tested superior gifted but he is just a below average in his school.
He is in his last year of primary now, I am so worry how he could continue into middle school.
The school may ask him to repeat one year, I think that may be a wrong step. ??
He will hates school even more. He never like to go to school since he was 2 years old and now he is going to be 11.
