Science project is "What type of honey crystallizes fastest?". Not sure what the independent and dependent variables would be?
Using 3-4 diff types of honey. Some containers will be pure honey and others will have diff amts of water added. All containers will go in the freezer. Will check every 2 minutes for signs of crystallization and will take temp of honey with first sign of crystallization.
Why put the honey in the freezer? The honey will crystalize at room temperature faster, or even faster if placed on a radiator. Does the temperature matter? If it is in the freezer all the samples will have the same temperature. Water freezes sooner than the honey so that is not much of a discovery. The amount of water added is the manipulated variable, the time of crystallization is the responding or dependent variable.
