Use a standard, three-panel display board that unfolds to be 36" tall by 48" wide. On the first fold, you can put there the Purpose, Hypothesis and Background/Research. On the second fold you can add the Project title at the top. And the Materials and Procedures and the Data which includes charts, photos and models. On the third fold you can put the Results, Conclusion and Discussion. Font size should be at least 16 points and you can use photos or diagrams to present non-numerical data, to propose models that explain your results, or just to show your experimental setup.
