Im asking the same question? Up till now, all has been pretty easy with this program, to me this part is of needing a "Smart I.D.#" has been pretty "Challenging"!!!! Im calling them now, I shall pass the information on to you when I get it,

Hello, I'm still a bit puzzled, However when being prompt to enter the user name and "Smart I.D.#", I simply clicked on cancel, and it took me to the area in which my Daughter needed to go into! Also i did indeed call tech support and customer service, they had no clue about a "Smart I.D. #??
