He has always had a problem with school and is taught offsite at an independent school twice a week, the other 3 days he does accipio at home on the pc. Now he is almost 16 i can't get him to go, well he says he's going and i watch him get on the bus but they say he has not been. I'm scared of getting into trouble because of him and don't know what to do anymore, i am fighting a losing battle.

We are sorry to hear that your son is struggling in school and is now refusing to attend. It is possible that you could be ticketed if your son continues to skip school, but it seems like there should be more support available and other options before it would have to come to that.
