My son is 5 yrs old (turns 6 on dec) but he already did kindergarten in PR. We're planning to move to FL, Does he has to repeat the kindergarten?

As long as you bring proof to his new school, there shouldn't be any problems. If so, contact or go to the Board of Education in your city.

He should not have to repeat kindergarten. Get a copy of his records and submit to the new Florida school.
