Is my son eligible to keep his IEP though we recently began home schooling him? He is still enrolled for weight lifting class 3 days a week.

Each state and school district has different regulations regarding what components of an IEP can be implemented even if a child is home schooled. Your best bet is to contact the office of Special Education services for your school district to get the breakdown of what, if any services, can still be received within the public schools.
