Q:
My son was suspended from school and not allowed to take final exams. Is this legal?
My son was either to take a swat or receive an out-of-school suspension. I don’t allow the school to swat my children and the school is not going to allow my son to make up the exams that he missed for today. Is this legal? It is not stated in the Code of Conduct nor in the Student Handbook!
