I have no idea. But you can do an investigation to find out. You will need to set up your samples in identical ways, perhaps on the same kind of saucers that have been sterilized (use a bit of bleach in soapy water). Measure out samples of each, for example, 10 cubic centimeters (always better to use metric measures in science). Place on the saucers and leave on shelf together exposed to the air. Examine at the same time each day and voila, you will find your answer. PS the whipped cream and the egg white should be the same age when you start.
