When is it best to start your child in kindergarten?
"So if your child might not be ready and has just turned 5 two days before school starts, should you not send them? Or send them and hold them back if they don't pass?? At least they will get a year of school under there belt??"

If they know there name and how to spell it and there birthday and all that important information . If you think there ready let them go but if i were you i would figure out what school they would go to if i were you so you can talk to them about it , so that way if you decide that he/she is ready you wont wait till the last minute to do it then they wont let he/she in .
