what do you mean? do you mean if she asks to go to the nurse? for pain relief or a heat pack? or to go to the toilet?

if she needs the toilet, you should let her go because she will need to change herself (tampons or pads). this is a human basic right, if she needs the toilet, you should be letting her go.

also if she needs to go to matron/nurse for pain relief or a heat pack, you should let her,
as i know the pain is pretty bad , a few paracetomols, heat pack and a change at the toilet can be a life saver when she is in distress..
