It is difficult to provide feedback without additional information, but I recommend you start by with talking with his parents. Have they talked with their pediatrician about their son's behavior? The behavior you described sounds pretty unusual, and I wonder if he might have some kind of medical condition or developmental disability. It would be best if a medical professional evaluated him to determine what his abilities are mentally and physically. What are his strengths? What are his areas of relative weakness? With more specific information, you can work to develop a more comprehensive plan for helping him. Otherwise, you would be simply guessing as to what may, or may not, help him.
