There are lots of different ways to teach children with Autism.  One of the first things you ought to do is establish a daily routine.  Students with Autism tend to do very well with a consistent daily routine.  You can also give children schedules (see this website for the different types of schedules: http://www.handsinautism.org/pdf/How_To_Visual_Schedules.pdf).  Discrete trial training is also a good technique (http://www.educateautism.com/applied-behaviour-analysis/discrete-trial-training.html).  You also want to make sure to teach social skills and appropriate behaviors.  Good luck!
