Play with math! Count stop signs. Sort toys by color. Make patterns with snacks (goldfish, raisin, goldfish, raisin...). Cook together and measure ingredients. Measure toys..how long is a car? A doll? Go on a number scavenger hunt to see how many 2's you can find. Preschool games: Candy Land, Chutes and Ladders, Go Fish, Hi Ho Cherry-O. count with them 1 to 30 or more for fun or count for candy or something like that they will learn math too much

In my opinion, the best way would be to take something that they really like (blocks, cars, beads...etc) and start basic math like adding numbers  up to ten and subtracting numbers up to ten and since you would be using something they like, they will stay focused and of you do it everyday, they will start to remember it. Hope this helps!
