My child got a referral from the teacher only because he tried to get his money back when someone stole his money and when he did not get help from the substitute teacher. When the class teacher knew that my mom complained to the principal for the wrong referral, she got mad and told the whole class that I got a referral. ( The principal did not approve my referral). My son asked her why she told the class about  his referral, she said that was true and she wanted the class to know. Now she mocks at my child and says that he is dishonest because he lied about the referral. She even showed my referral to another child who wanted to confirm if I got a referral.
What are my rights against this incident?
