tips on how to make my brother a fast learner
my brother is 14 years old he's a 9th grader and h is so slow in class .slow in taking an exam slow in writing slow in everything and teachers have been complaining alot so how do i help him not to mention that he;ll be taking the SAT exam next year he has to be so fast bcz of the time given so any advice or tips ???
