Tips from Veteran Teachers: Please help :)

Hello, I am just about to graduate with my BS in Early Childhood Education. I'm leaning towards Kindergarten/1st grade. Does anyone have any good tips as far as finding a job as a fresh, new teacher? Maybe tips for my interviews? Or even how to stay organized and ready for my first year!
