false, if you don't have a decent healthy and well balanced diet and meals, your body will not have the correct intake of the different and correct food groups, for example if you never have any fiber in your diet, it can cause toiletry problems, and other problems. also if not a a healthy and focused eating pattern, you can gain and loose weight even when and if you do or don't want to. try have several portions of fruit and vegetables a day, try having a healthy breakfast- fiber full brown bread toast or shredded wheat, wheetabix. instead of snacking on biscuits, have fruit. another good tip, is to drink water to keep you hydrated and full instead of snacking.
