The MCA degree is like the MS CS (Master of Science, Computer Science) degree in the US.  There are hundreds of good degree-granting intitutions in the US that award MS degrees.  The best schools in the US for Computer Science are considered to be Stanford, Carnegie-Mellon, MIT, University of California at Berkeley, Cornell, University of Washinton (Seattle), University of Illinois.  I could keep typing for an hour.

People I know who have come to the US from India to earn a MS CS have gone to a wide variety of universities, some of which I hadn't heard of previously but are nonetheless very good schools.  Every state in the US has a university system and (to my knowledge) they all offer Masters degrees in CS.
