I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble printing worksheets from our site. All of our members get free access to individual worksheets on Education.com. Perhaps you're not currently signed into the site, and that's why you're experiencing difficulty. To make sure you're logged in, double-check the upper right hand corner of the screen, right under the green tabs. If you're signed it, it should say "hi, [member name]". If you're not signed in, click sign in, and type in your Education.com member name and password. If you haven't yet created an Education.com account, you can click "Join Now" and create one -- it doesn't take more than a few moments.
If you're sure you're signed in, and you're still having trouble, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader (or another PDF reader) downloaded onto your computer. Try printing a worksheet by clicking the button labeled "View Worksheet," right under the worksheet's image. The worksheet should then open up in your Internet Browser, in your "Downloads" dialog box, or directly in Adobe Reader. You can right-click the worksheet's image, and click "Save Worksheet," to save it directly to your hard drive.
The last thing you can try is to update your Internet Browser to its latest version, as sometimes outdated browsers can cause trouble taking certain actions.
