sherbear200 asks:
Q:
Are there any vitamins that would interfere with taking Tamiflu
I have a really good multivitamin I would like to take but I want to make sure that taking multivitimins won't interfere with the way Tamiflu needs to work. I have heard before that certain foods or vitamins can interfere with antibiotics.

Thank you,

What the Expert Says:

Good question.  While it is true that certain foods block or delay certain antibiotics from being well absorbed, I am not sure about vitamins.  Ask Medimmune which is the company that makes the vaccine for mist or Sanofi-Pasteur who makes the injection the question. You can locate their medical information phone numbers on Google.
