Well, no human has ever made a volcano, but you can certainly make a MODEL of a volcano. Use modeling clay or a similar medium to create a cone about a narrow plastic tube. To make the model "erupt" fill the tube about a quarter full with water and about a teaspoon of vinegar (and you can add some red food coloring to improve the effect). Then dump in some baking soda and watch the eruption! Good luck!
