My daughter writes in cursive from day one she started writing. She used to write in cursive at one of Dekalb County public school. The teacher let her continue in cursive after knowing she likes writing in it as her handwriting is so beautiful she asked me to let her continue in cursive writing.

We moved to different county and her teacher asked her to write in print, they do not allow writing in cursive until they are in 3rd grade. She can read books (written in print) at this age.

As she is much higher than other kids of her class, it looks like they are pulling her down.

Could anyone help me out?
