Is there a way to get your four year old child that is born in September to attend kindergarten?
My son is almost five, he likes to be challenged. I feel like although pre-school helps, he gets bored. He has the most interesting conversations and has so much character and expression in telling his stories. He loves learning. I would like him to go to kindergarten now.

It sounds like you have a special little boy on your hands! I imagine it must be difficult to see him bored and unchallenged. There are a variety of indicators that are important to assess when considering kindgergarten readiness. For instance, a child's social and emotional readiness is equally important to his cognitive readiness. If you determine that he is, indeed, ready, you should investigate the requirements surrounding kindergarten entrance. You can do a search for your state's approach to kindergarten entrance by typing in "[YOUR STATE] Kindergarten fast facts" in the top bar. You should find the article that summarizes the kindergarten entrance requirements for your state. Each state has a different birth date cut-off and a different approach to appeals for children who do not meet the cut-off date. For instance, some states allow parents to work with the district office to evaluate their child's readiness, even though they do not make the cut-off date. Others do not allow any kind of appeal process.
In addition, if you do not find the information you are looking for online, you can always call your school district office for the city you live in to learn more about the requirements.
