What the Expert Says:

Dear Elianne,

This is a very good question which demands a great answer! However, without knowing much about you or your son, it is difficult to give a detailed response.

We suggest you go to our website for parents and post your question there. Please give a bit more information about your son and the ways you feel he is not being respectful to you. A counselor will then respond by e-mail in a timely manner. The other option is to call our Hotline and speak with a counselor for more immediate assistance. Either way, we are here 24 hours every day to help parents with any problem.

Please keep reaching out. Take care and hope to hear from you soon!

Sincerely,

Cynthia, Counselor

Consistency is something that help our kids to be respectful, if you tell your child that there are consequences   for any behavior he will learn that you mean  what you say!!
