Q:
AWAY FROM MY THREE YEAR OLD SON
I am away from my three year old son and he is living with my parents. My husband too works in another city while I am studying. I called him up today and told him that I was all alone and he began to cry. I am feeling miserable about it and I always thought he was too young to miss us. My husband is at home with him and he will be leaving him tomorrow. I have an internship that I have to undertake during my coming break from college and I was just wondering if I should go and stay with him during that period and forgo the internship that i have managed to secure in a foreign land. I am very confused. I do not want him growing into a sensitive baby and do not want him missing us especially when he sees other children being pampered by their parents. My parents tell me he is fine when we are away and only grow extra sensitive when we are around or when we call. Please suggest
