Facts: Raspberries belong to the rose family and are one of the most expensive fresh fruits carried in the grocery store. This is because they are very fragile, bruise easily, spoil quickly and do not ship well. It's much better to pick your own or purchase at a local farmer's market
 
Serving Size = 1/2 CUP
 
Selection: Choose dry, plump, firm berries. Avoid wet or moldy berries.
 
Storage: Do not wash until ready to eat. Refrigerate for use within 1-2 days.
