Scobee Scholarships for Gifted Students

The Scobee Scholarship was created in honor of Dick Scobee, the commander of the Challenger space shuttle, and is awarded annually by the Florida Association for the Gifted.  Scholarships are awarded to outstanding gifted students who intend to pursue college studies in math, science or technology. Two $1,000 scholarships are awarded to one eligible gifted male and female student. For information visit www.flagifted.org.

Nebraska

The Nebraska Association for the Gifted Graduating Seniors Scholarships

The Nebraska Association For The Gifted will be awarding scholarship(s) of up to $500 for graduating seniors planning to attend Nebraska public and private colleges or universities. Applicants should complete this form as thoroughly and accurately as possible. Criteria for selection will be based on the timeliness in following deadlines, elaboration of application questions, and recommendations. Ohio

Ohio Association for Gifted Children (OAGC) College Scholarship Award

For any student who is about to enroll in his/her first year of college and/or a student currently enrolled full time in an undergraduate program of an Ohio college. Students must be full time, undergraduate students currently living in Ohio and identified as a gifted or talented student according to OAC 3301-51-15 and who have received an ACT composite score of 27 or students who have received a score on a SAT composite score of 1200 or higher.
