Ingredients
- ¼ cup low-fat honey-mustard salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions
Combine all ingredients in shallow glass dish. Toss to coat shrimp. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat grill. Remove shrimp from marinade, and thread onto skewers. Arrange skewers on grill. Brush with marinade during grilling. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
