Pineapple Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp milk
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 can (8oz) pineapple tidbits, well drained
  • paprika, optional

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and milk.
  2. Place cabbage and pineapple in a large salad bowl; add dressing and toss.
  3. Chill.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
  5. Serves 8
