In using these Websites for your students, teachers should remember that Web addresses do change and sites often go down while a particular location reconstructs the Website. Consequently teachers should preview the Web locations that they plan to use immediately prior to the class in which they plan on accessing them. While most of the Web addresses in this list are accessed hundreds of thousands of times each day, teachers should not count on the popularity of a particular Website as an indicator of either quality or availability. However, a little diligent digging on the part of the teacher can often turn up gems for students to use in their research work.
