Experience
Each item in the Experience section of Part D is designed to gauge your experience in an area that is relevant to performing effectively as a Postal Service employee. In this section, the response choices vary from one question to the next. The number of response choices varies as well, from as few as four to as many as nine lettered choices.
Here are three experience questions that are similar to the ones on Part D of the exam.
1. What type of supervisor do you like the least?
A. Someone who corrects my job mistakes as I make them
B. Someone who makes clear exactly how I should perform my job
C. Someone who lets me make all my own decisions about how to do my job
D. Someone who asks for my ideas about the best way to do my job

2. What kind of task do you enjoy the most?
A. A task that requires a lot of walking and moving about

C. A repetitive task performed at a slow and steady pace
D. A task requiring very few decisions on my part

3. In what kind of environment do you function your best?
A. A quiet setting in which there is very little activity
B. A busy setting in which there is a lot of activity
