Ingredients: 3 10 oz boxes frozen spinach, thawed, rinsed and drained

2 cups non-fat cottage cheese

3/4 cup egg substitute 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 3 Tbsp light buttery spread

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook for 4 more hours.
