Many screening tests are questionnaires aimed at parents and teachers. Examples include the Ages and Stages Questionnaire, AGS Early Screening Profiles, First Step Screening Test for Evaluating Preschoolers, Devereux Early Childhood Assessment, Early Screening Project and Preschool and Kindergarten Behavior Scales.
