Tips and Tricks to Make the Most of Christmas Worksheets

Christmas worksheets help your child celebrate the merriest holiday of the year! Try these tips and tricks to make your Christmas printables even more festive this holiday season:

  • Create a personal Christmas countdown for your family using fun Christmas worksheets! Each day leading up to Christmas, post a new Christmas worksheet that hints at a surprise holiday activity on a special bulletin board. If you post a Christmas lights painting page, for example, your family might be stringing lights around the front porch. If the surprise Christmas printable is a Christmas caroler coloring page, you might be going caroling as a family. Have your child complete each Christmas worksheet as he guesses what the holiday activity of the day will be.
  • Have a DIY Christmas decorations party! Invite your child's friends over to create simple paper Christmas decorations. Print out Christmas banners, ornament templates, cards, and coloring pages before the party. Lay out the Christmas printables on seperate 'activity tables' in your party space. Just add crayons, colored pencils, safety scissors, and a glue sealer like Modge Podge to each table to make Christmas decoration stations! Put the finishing touches on your decoration party with holiday music, hot cocoa, and Christmas cookies.
  • Decorate your house with Christmas printables! Use masking tape to post the 12 Days of Christmas pintables along your hallway or stairway, or devote a wall or bulletin board to Christmas coloring pages. You'll get a unique holiday decoration, and your kids will enjoy making the house look special!
