Activity
Loveliness in Diversity
Seeing the loveliness in each other's differences can be a powerful thing! In this social emotional learning activity designed for fourth and fifth graders, your child will explore the term "diversity" and how an appreciation of people's differences can make a positive difference in relationships, communities, and the world. Children will then read a sample poem about differences before writing their own poem about the loveliness in diversity.
